Do you have a question about this home or the local area?
Situated in quiet Clapton, this beautifully refurbished house invites you for a cool and comfortable stay in the heart of edgy East London. Perfect for groups of friends or families, the home benefits from uncluttered, light-filled spaces with modern furnishings and soothing cream tones. Plus, it's just a two-minute walk from the nearest overground station, connecting you to Liverpool Street in only thirteen minutes. As well as letting in copious amounts of natural sunlight into the kitchen, the French doors also lead out to a charming garden space – complete with an outdoor dining table, a barbecue, an egg-cup seat, and even your own handy gym in the converted shed. Fire up the grill and enjoy alfresco dinners with your loved ones on balmy summer evenings. When it's time to explore, head to Hackney Wick for hip breweries and excellent restaurants along the canal, just thirty minutes away on the tube. Although saying that, you really don't have to go far to find things to do nearby with indie shops, trendy bars and art galleries lining the streets of period terrace homes in your local neighbourhood.

About Stoke Newington
Stoke Newington (or 'Stokey' as it is affectionately called by its residents) is a very popular village-like part of town wedged between Finsbury Park, Islington and Dalston. You'll mainly be rubbing shoulders with young artsy families, who are attracted to the area by its distinctive community atmosphere, period townhouses, and great array of independent shops, cafes, and restaurants - we're pretty confident you won't be short of great brunch and coffee stop-offs in this area.

Made up of three large open spaces around Lea Bridge and Chatsworth Road, it's a great spot to soak up the sun with the family or to join the Lea Valley walk.
Get your caffeine fix at Millfields Coffee
With its generously sized kitchen and in-house chef, Millfields is as much about casual all day dining as it is about coffee. We recommended their Turkish eggs.
Match Sourdough pizza and natural wine at SoDo
This pizzeria is part of a small, London-based chain that’s made a name for itself with simple toppings and excellent dough.
Grab a pint at The Crooked Billet
Armed with a huge beer garden, this place is upmarket but never loses its charm.
