Built in 2016, this home is in what's considered to be one of the best buildings in the area. Situated in the heart of Botafoch next to Cipriani, Zuma, Pacha and many other restaurants and shops, the location is fantastic. Take a stroll around the old port district opposite, while the glamourous Marina Botafoch itself is easily reached on foot. Or explore Ibiza Town, around a five-minute ride from this home. We can certainly imagine ourselves enjoying a cocktail on this home's balcony with its views over the glistening communal pool (other shared facilities here include a poolside bar, three Jacuzzis, a gym and gorgeous landscaped gardens). Head through the sliding glass doors, and you'll find yourself in the stylish open plan living space with its plush velvet sofas. This space is perfect for entertaining your family or friends.
