Do you have a question about this home or the local area?
Part of a row of terraced houses dating back to the 19th century, this address has been treated to a recent renovation that captures all that's covetable about Scandi-inspired design. Step behind the front door and you'll spot the hallmarks that have been exported around the world – a soothing colour palette of neutrals, an emphasis on natural light, and an abundance of wooden furnishings and finishes. It's certainly minimalist, but that's not to say there aren't luxurious touches. You only have to look at the sleek freestanding bathtub or the huge kitchen island to see what we mean. Although the surrounding area is fairly residential, there are a variety of attractions not too far from the home. Svanemølle Beach is a short walk to the west, while Fælledparken is a similar distance to the south. Svanemøllen station will get you right into the middle of the Danish capital in no time at all as well.
