On a hill above the Cretian coast, the view from up here is simply spectacular. From the terrace, you can gaze out over twinkling villages to the rugged mountainscape, tinged inky blue at twilight. Make the most of the view with days spent outdoors, cooking at the brick barbecue and dining in the shade, or slipping into the swimming pool and drying off on a lounger. Glass sliding doors open up to blend the living room with the terrace, and fill the interior with natural light. The kitchen has everything you need for meals at home, and even doing the dishes comes with a view of the countryside from the long window. The main bedroom opens up to the poolside terrace, so you can pad from bed to sunlounger in seconds. For those travelling with teens or children, the basement games room with its ping pong and pool table should keep them entertained. It’s just a fifteen-minute walk down the hill into the charming coastal town of Istron. This authentic Cretian enclave is home to traditional tavernas serving fresh seafood and carafes of wine, several sandy bays for a paddle in the sea and a breathtaking walk to Cap d'Istron, jutting... out into the water.
