Cosy and romantic, this classical cottage is located just a short drive from Funchal, the vibrant capital of Madeira. As such, it's the perfect base to explore sightseeing in the city, swimming and sunbathing at the seaside, and places of natural beauty in the countryside. As soon as you set eyes on this tiny home, you'll see just how special it is. It's covered in leafy plants and lush flowers, and sits in an elevated spot, so you can enjoy dreamy sea views beyond the flowers. Outside, there's a covered terrace where you can relax with a good book or sip sundowners in the evenings. Inside, you'll find lots of character – from wooden beam ceilings to exposed stonework. It may be small and the kitchen is best suited for light bites, but you can't deny it has oodles of charm.
