Spread across five floors, this contemporary villa invites guests to enjoy a stylish stay amid the Israeli sunshine – with a charming garden setting to call your own. Cue long late-morning sleep-ins (there are black-out blinds) and lazy afternoons, as the villa, presents an utterly laid-back ambience wherever you are in the home. We particularly love the office and library floor of the home, allowing guests to crack on with business in their own sunny co-working space. Meanwhile, down on the bottom floor, a second lounge and kitchen area (with direct access to the pool and garden) accompany a bedroom and bathroom suite – giving two guests their own private studio space and privacy when staying here. The garden presents a blissful setting and your Mediterranean sanctuary to kick back in between soaking up the sights of Tel Aviv and the local area in Ramat Gan. Cool off from the summer's heat in the swimming pool, or lounge in the sun on the poolside recliners. Out here, you'll find plenty of plants and vegetation, meaning it'll be easy to reconnect with peace and nature while chilling or serving up an Israeli feast at the alfresco dining area. All of this, plus the attractions of Ramat Gan, including Hayaakon Park, which is within walking distance, await. Not to mention the wonders of Tel Aviv, its beaches and a host of cultural and historical sights to see.

About Hakirya
Bordering Sarona to the south, Hakirya is firmly positioned on the outskirts of central Tel Aviv. Granted, it’s not the liveliest area in the city (it’s a mix of offices, business centres, and a military base), but new skyscrapers are popping up here and there, drastically altering the city’s skyline. Hakirya is also home to the Azrieli Center (with one of the city’s biggest shopping centres inside), and it has...
