Newly built, light-filled and just a one-minute walk from Tel Aviv's vibey beach scene, the appeal of this contemporary apartment is crystal clear. Step inside to discover a sleek, pristine home with a free-flowing living space that's made for socialising over evening mealtimes at the dining table. Then take things alfresco onto the balcony with a perfectly-positioned perch to grab a glimpse of the sea. And you'll love the restful bedrooms, which feel surprisingly quiet despite the apartment's central location. And did we mention there's a Jacuzzi bathtub for a well-earnt evening soak after days exploring the 'Non-stop City'? Now we're talking. When you're ready to head out and explore, you've got all the hot spots within walking distance. Blaze a trail to the leafy pedestrianised street, Ben Yehuda just around the corner, a favourite hang-out for Tel Avivians and tourists alike with its buzzy cafes and bars. Fancy ditching the crowds for a while? Then the riverside Hayarkon Park – the green lung of Tel Aviv – is just a hop, skip and jump away. And, of course, there's always the beach. Join the sun-chasers as they congregate nightly for the city's colossal sunsets – there's no finer place to toast the day's end.

Local guide

About Kerem Hateimanim

Nestled in between the Carmel Market and the beach, you'll find Kerem Hateimanim, a small neighbourhood founded by Yemeni immigrants in the 1930s. It’s come a long way since then, and today it’s been taken over by bohemian Tel-Avivians looking for affordable housing. Even though Kerem Hateimanim is in the process of being gentrified, the neighbourhood hasn’t lost the authentic, village-like feel that’s beloved by many. There are still plenty of the original Yemenite restaurants around, which are worth a visit, even if you don’t end up staying in this part of the city.
