Spread over an extensive plot of over twenty acres and boasting a fabulous location in the midst of the scenic countryside of Puglia this home offers a great starting point for exploring the historic towns and villages that dot the area, allowing you to immerse yourself in the rich culture and cuisine of the area, whilst also finding yourself within easy reach of the stunning coast. Take a step back from the stresses and strains of daily life, as well as a big breath of clean country air, as you make the most of the tranquil, rural setting. Carefully restored to reveal its original nineteenth-century splendour, it provides a setting that is at once grand whilst also retaining a certain homely charm which we feel is simply perfect for extended groups of family and friends to come together and enjoy the company of one another in comfort and privacy. Enjoy preparing a feast of Italian delicacies together in the rustic kitchen, before either taking the party alfresco to enjoy the fruits of your labour on the veranda complete with impressive dining table. Of course, there is plenty of scope for privacy too, and most of the bedrooms offer their own slightly secluded... terrace where you can sip a morning cup of coffee in peace before re-joining the rest of your group by the pool for a day of sun and splashing around in the azure waters. Should you want to venture out of the villa, then the nearby town of Otranto and several wonderful sandy beaches are reachable with just a twenty-minute drive.
