Accomplished in more than one way, this home not only has the panoramic ocean views you’d expect from a penthouse suite on the 36th floor, but it’s also a beautiful base from which to explore Bat Yam. Head out early morning for a day at the beach – so close to the coast you can even hop from one golden shore to the next as you bask in the sunshine. Build sandcastles near the lapping waves and lazily read a romance novel in the sand as you sunbathe before tracking down a restaurant for lunch. Come home to enjoy drinks on the generous terrace, savouring the last light of the day. Put out a platter of fresh pita bread, hummus and falafel and nibble al fresco before spending an evening in the hot tub. Keen to keep up your fitness routine?
