Stylish and warm, this home makes for a splendid base for an adventure on Crete. We love the modern, simple styling of the villa, which allows for the high ceilings and exquisite details to take centre stage. It’s a calm and relaxing place to call home, with everything you might need for a sunny escape. Children will love the playground, while grown-ups will likely spend most of their time around the private pool. Swim lengths before lying out on a sun lounger to soak up rays and drink in the wonderful views. If you’re anything like us, you’ll love cooking on the barbecue and feasting outside. The alfresco dining area is lovely and shaded, with far-reaching vistas out to sea. When you want to explore further afield, you need only drive five minutes to reach the village of Kolymvari, which boasts a sand and shingle beach as well as some delightful tavernas. Chania is just twenty minutes away, too.
