Right in the heart of the Le Marche region, this villa has overlooked vineyards, farmland and rolling hills for over 250 years. While its exterior has retained its rustic charm, inside you’ll find a minimalist interior that makes it a perfect spot for mental decluttering. Being spread over two apartments, with one bedroom in the lower apartment and the rest upstairs, here one couple can enjoy privacy before joining the rest of the group for aperitifs and homemade pizza by the pool. For those looking for local flavour, you’re just a five-minute drive from the nearest villages, which provide an opportunity to sip on an espresso before grabbing ice cream at a gelateria or a traditional Le Marche dish. Just a little further out will bring you to the beautiful beaches of Civitanova Marche, where you can take a refreshing dip in the Adriatic Sea.

This home is managed directly by a business. A member of their staff will be your point of contact before and during your stay. Nearly twenty years ago, Oliver and his friend began curating the world's most unique and rustic getaways. Driven by their own unforgettable experience at a chateau, they have grown remarkably since then. Much like Plum, they believe in hand-picked luxury that doesn't break the bank.
