Modest and charming, this holiday cottage provides you with all the essentials during your stay in Hampshire. It's based in the quaint village of Titchfield, just a short drive from the heart of Portsmouth where you'll find Spinnaker Tower and the beach. It's a little dated in some parts – particularly the living area and kitchen – but we think this adds to the homely feel and is ideal for those looking for a laid-back stay. And although the courtyard could do with a refresh, it's a great addition on summer evenings. Just keep in mind that two guests will sleep on the sofa bed in the living area.

At full occupancy, two guests will be sleeping on the sofa bed in the living area. There are sliding doors separating the living area from the kitchen, helping it feel a bit more snug and private.
Well-behaved dogs are welcome to accompany you during your stay. The back garden is fenced and secure.
There's unrestricted on-street parking nearby. We suggest hiring a car if you plan to venture further afield.
We think some areas of this home could do with a refresh. In particular, the lounge and courtyard look a little tired.
While there isn't air conditioning here, your host provides fans to keep you cool during the summer months.
