4.76 host score

Located in the central Latin Quarter, this apartment is in a perfect spot for exploring the French capital. Though you'll need to take the stairs up to its entrance on the second floor and its dated decor may not be to everyone's taste, beamed ceilings and shelves stacked with books are a nice touch. With a location second to none, we’re sure you’ll be spending most of your time outside exploring the sights, however. Iconic landmarks such as Notre Dame and the Pantheon are easily reachable on foot and you have a plethora of great shops, bars and eateries right on your doorstep.

Home truths

There's no lift here. You'll need to be able to climb stairs to reach the entrance of the home on the second floor.

At capacity, two guests will be sleeping on the sofa bed in the living area.

The bedroom's twin beds are pushed together. While the bedroom faces the communal courtyard, the living area faces the street. You may hear some noise during your stay.

The traditional decor here might not be to everyone's taste and feels a little dated in parts.

You won't find a welcome hamper or basic essentials here, so we'd recommend packing some bits and bobs to get you started.

We recommend skipping the car here and exploring Paris on foot or by public transport instead.

About Île de la Cité

Ile de la Cité is one of the two natural islands known as the official epicentre of Paris, where the medieval city was founded. With only 1,000 inhabitants, it's definitely exclusive! The streets are picture perfect, with paved streets and curving walls aplenty. With these film-star looks, you’ll inevitably see a fair amount of tourists during the daytime, though you'll also see plenty of Parisians too: simply crossing the Seine,...
