Do you have a question about this home or the local area?

As far as studio apartments go, this one ticks a lot of boxes. Bright, practical and cleverly designed with a glass divider between the living and sleeping areas, there’s a lot to like about this pocket-sized space. While the practical, contemporary decor may not be the most inspiring, it’s a cheerful base to rest and regroup between sightseeing adventures. Speaking of which, you’re spoilt for choice as far as exploring goes from this central spot, with Gran Vía a five-minute walk away and Chueca’s tapas bars, vibrant nightlife and buzzing markets ten minutes away on foot.

Home truths

There's a lift in the building to access the apartment on the second floor

As this is a studio apartment, there's only a glass divider separating the sleeping area from the living area

This host does not accept bookings from groups of young people

Given the home's central location, you may hear some street noise

The kitchen is compact and lacks and oven

Aside from the open wardrobe in the bedroom area, there's not a lot of storage space here

There's no desk, but the dining table can double up as a laptop-friendly workspace

The building's entrance is shared with the other residents

We recommend skipping the car and exploring Madrid on foot or by public transport instead
