Do you have a question about this home or the local area?
This home in the coastal village of Pakefield has all the hallmarks of cosy living that we love to see. A large lounge with a bay window and open fireplace? Tick. A country-style kitchen complete with a range cooker? You bet. What about a freestanding bathtub in which to luxuriate at the end of a productive day? Oh, yes. That being said, you don't have to spend all your time cooped up inside, as the large back garden is an equally pleasant space in which to pass time. As well as a raised seating area and brick barbecue, there's also an outbuilding with a pool table – you might want to escape here on rainy afternoons. When the forecast is being a little kinder to you, Pakefield's huge beach is less than five minutes' walk away and as one of the most easterly places in the UK, sees the sun in the morning before the vast majority of Brits. Lowestoft is only half an hour's walk away, too.

About Suffolk
Seaside towns with pastel Victorian villas, a rambling coastline with clifftop walks, and undulating countryside studded with stately homes is what Suffolk is all about. In Southwold, a Victorian pier juts out into the sea and the smell of fresh fish and chips floats on the sea air. Aldeburgh makes the most of river and sea, where colourful rowboats drift down the river Alde, and the seafront is lined with...
