Part of a brand-new building close to Downtown Dubai, this apartment will please those with high standards. Much of that is down to the contemporarily styled living space full of natural light, sleek surfaces and tasteful furnishings – not to mention the private balcony with space to sit and get a burst of fresh air. You can find even more to do within the building. Early morning workouts are made easy thanks to the communal gym, while there are a few lounges in which to work and socialise. The shining jewel in the crown, however, is the shared swimming pool complete with a view of the Burj Khalifa. If you want to see this architectural marvel up close and personal, Downtown Dubai is only a short walk away and also offers an ice rink, opera house and the sprawling Dubai Mall as an added incentive to pay a visit.
