A little off Santorini's well-trodden tourist trail, close to the authentic village of Pyrgos, this unique villa is guaranteed to appeal to lovers of subtractive design. The monolithic structure stands sentry over the surrounding countryside, dotted with vineyards that slope towards the Aegean Sea and offering views over Akrotiri Caldera and Aspronisi island. Spread over three floors, it's intended to function as a single residence. However, with bedrooms on the first and basement levels, plus a separate suite, it can be split into three entirely self-contained units, making it an ideal candidate for multigenerational families or groups of friends who want to retain some privacy.
