Located atop a rocky bar of Koundouros, this home is made up of independent lower and upper levels, each with their own kitchen and living areas. Outside, the terrace is well-equipped for soaking up the sun or alfresco dining, with lovely sea views and private sea access on the rock platforms below. Things might be a bit of a squeeze at full capacity, so you'll want to pack light. A ten-minute walk will bring you to the nearest sandy beaches of Koundouros, and you'll find beach bars, tavernas and water sports.

Spread over two floors, there is a bedroom and bathroom on the lower floor of this home. The route from the terrace that grants private sea access is very uneven and rocky, so guests with limited mobility may not have access to this.
There is a dishwasher on the upper level of the home but not in the lower level's kitchen.
Quiet hours should be observed here from 2:30pm and 5:30pm, and then after midnight. Loud music isn't allowed at this home at any time.
