Overlooking Steine Gardens, this home is an excellent spot to explore Brighton. You’ll find the Brighton Pier, Brighton Beach and the Lanes just a short walk away, with plenty of pubs and top sights on your doorstep. The quirky exterior demands attention, even though its distinctive narrow design is cramped for all twelve guests. Despite having only two sofas and no dining table, this pad has six characterful bedrooms that make up for its lack of living space. They're all equipped with en-suite bathrooms and comfy beds – ideal for unwinding after a jam-packed day in Brighton.

Space will be tight for all twelve guests, as there are only two sofas and four stools around the kitchen island – we think it's best for a smaller group
Two of the en-suite bathrooms don't have toilets, but there are separate WCs in the hallway
The small double beds are best suited to one adult or two young children
For those with reduced mobility, there are two en-suite bedrooms on the ground floor – however, steps are still necessary as there are four steps to reach the front door and the main living area is on the first floor
If you're planning on driving, there's space to park either two small cars or one large car in the driveway
The smart TV has Netflix and Amazon Prime – you'll need to log in to your own account
