Perched just above Batts Rock Beach, this waterfront villa is about as close to the Caribbean as you can get without diving in. An infinity pool stretches across the sea-facing terrace, lined with sun loungers and framed by uninterrupted ocean views. Indoor-outdoor living comes naturally here, with afternoons spent playing ping pong in the shade and evenings shaking up cocktails at the wet bar. Every bedroom, aside from the media room, enjoys a sea view, while a private on-site cook prepares two meals a day, six days a week. The hardest decision? Whether to dine on the terrace or beside the pool.

Home truths
At full capacity, two guests will sleep on a sofa bed in the fifth bedroom. It doubles as the media room and does not have a sea view – it's a useful flex space, but probably more comfortable for children.
Your stay includes an on-site cook who prepares two consecutive meals a day, six days a week. Housekeeping six days a week is also included.
Holetown – the nearest cluster of shops – is a fifteen-minute drive, so we recommend having a car or arranging transfers if you plan to explore.
For check-ins between 20th December and 10th January, please contact us. Cancellations made 60 or more days before check-in would be eligible for a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 60 days before check-in would not be eligible for a refund.
