We can imagine hosting wonderful dinner parties at this contemporary farmhouse-style home owned by an award-winning designer – the kitchen is a dream for cooks. After dinner, retire to the beautiful living area with its high ceilings and multiple windows. Retractable doors open out to the private courtyard garden with its high hedges – the perfect spot for cocktails as the sun sets. Our favourite feature, though, has to be the main bathroom with its marble shower, well we all love a bit of luxury. The location is fabulous, too – the home is located on one of Venice’s coveted streets close to Abbot Kinney Boulevard, which is packed with boutiques, restaurants and art galleries (0.2 miles away). Or, do some people-watching at Venice Beach and Muscle Beach, 0.8 miles from this gorgeous home.
