Do you have a question about this home or the local area?
East London might be abuzz with culture and entertainment, but there are some quieter corners, such as the part of Bethnal Green in which this Victorian-era home with a coveted end-of-terrace spot is found. You'll be sure to appreciate this residential tranquillity from the back garden, which has everything you could need for a pleasant summer evening – we're talking lots of seating, a barbecue and a fire pit. If the weather's not up to alfresco relaxation, however, you won't be disappointed by the cosy living quarters full of Scandi warmth, either.

About Mile End
Popular with people who commute to work in the City of London, Mile End is a neighbourhood experiencing increasing interest. Steeped in history, the area features a mix of architecture, ranging from eighteenth-century terraced houses to converted warehouses and post-war tower blocks. As this is a residential area in East London, it's best if you don't mind the peace and quiet. Though as you're on the central line, you can be in Oxford Circus in less than twenty minutes, which is pretty ideal if you're not too fussed about being in the heart of the action.
