This is a spacious and affordable home, in a super stellar location. The main draw of this house is certainly its proximity to the Grove and the hundreds of restaurants, shops and attractions nearby - but it's worth noting that the house itself is a bit worn down and dated. As long as you're not super particular about design or style, this home's huge backyard and spacious living space should do just fine.
