This gem of a villa’s Downtown Dubai location speaks for itself – it’s a mere 100 steps from the iconic Dubai Mall. You can even watch the Dubai Fountain show from this home’s spacious terrace overlooking the Burj Khalifa. There’s an outdoor swimming pool and gym to take advantage of too (both shared). Inside, there’s room around the dining table for eight if you fancy entertaining. And if you’re bringing the nanny along, there’s a maid’s room with a bunk bed as well – or you could just use it as a room for the kids.
