This Wine Country barn house is a superb getaway destination for outdoorsy types. It’s just a short drive from the best beaches in Southern California, and is surrounded by the Santa Monica Mountains. You can even bring your horses – there’s room for about six in the stables. While the bold decor might not be to everyone’s taste, the views and setting are unbeatable. And surely nobody can resist watching the sun set behind the mountains from a marble hot tub?
