On the edge of the Lincolnshire Wolds, this renovated barn is a cosy hideaway in the countryside. There are a handful of village pubs within fifteen minutes’ drive and the bigger town of Horncastle is a ten-minute drive away for the big shop. Inside, its higglety-pigglety layout of wood beams and old barn stairs leading up to the hayloft turned “snug” – the ideal spot to work remotely. Embrace the bucolic surroundings with a family board game night or stick on a DVD from the collection and enjoy the open living area. The charming walled garden is enclosed, so pets can have a blast here too.
