Just a twelve-minute drive from Reading town centre, you’ll find this modern detached home. Local attractions include Charvil Meadows a one-minute stroll away, while Charvil Country Park is ten minutes on foot. Henley (which holds the Royal Regatta), Ascot Racecourse and Windsor are all under a thirty-minute drive, while Twyford Station is a four-minute ride and offers trains into London (around a thirty-five-minute journey). Back at this home, there’s a garden for alfresco drinks, and a lawn for the kids to play on. Whilst modern, this home may not be for you if you’re looking for character or a homely feel.

There's free private parking on the premises with four spaces in front of the house.
Although there's a sofa bed, the maximum guest capacity here is six people.
Most rooms in the house and the garden are overlooked by neighbours.
The decor is very simple and generic – we've made an exception to let this one into the collection on account of its location in Charvil with its great connections to Reading and London.
If you're travelling by plane, London Heathrow is the nearest airport – it's a thirty-minute drive away.
