Tucked away down a quiet street, this elegant vintage-inspired townhouse provides unparalleled access to the centre of Exeter. Set over four floors, there's more than enough space for six to socialise in the main lounge or tuck into homemade meals at the basement dining table. And while it lacks a garden, there's a small enclosed courtyard where you can sit in the sun. Step out, and you'll find yourself no more than a five-minute wander from the 1,000-year-old cathedral and the shops and restaurants of Princesshay and Guildhall Shopping Centre. If retail therapy isn't your thing, Exeter Quay offers climbing and kayaking along the River Exe, while the quaint atmosphere of nearby Topsham is well worth your time.
