Fans of sports will be thrilled by this home for one simple reason – the large rear balcony has a tremendous view of Oxford University's rugby pitch. For everybody else, there's thankfully a lot more to like about the address. The interior design gets a thumbs up from us, while the back garden is a petty big plus for when the weather's warm. The location's superb, as well – parkland and The Thames lie in one direction and the restaurants and bars on the buzzing Cowley Road can be discovered the other way.
