Boasting a coveted West London postcode, this home has two of the city’s loveliest neighbourhoods, Notting Hill and Maida Vale, within easy reach. It’s certainly not the biggest apartment in our collection – and to say the interiors are minimalist would be an understatement – but it’s a great base from which to explore the Capital, situated within touching distance of Westbourne Park Tube station. Plus, it’s right on the canal, which isn’t a bad setting for a morning stroll with your fellow guest.

The decor here is very simple, but we've allowed this home into our collection on account of its great location in Notting Hill
Parking might be tricky, so we recommend sticking to the easily accessible public transport where possible – though we think the best way to see the city is on foot
This home is on a busy road, so noise is to be expected
Storage space is minimal, so we'd recommend packing light
At full occupancy, one guest will be on the sofa bed in the living room
You won't find a welcome hamper or basic essentials here, so we'd recommend packing some bits and bobs to get you started
