This period property was built in the style of a South African homestead, so if you’re a fan of unusual features and are looking for a sizeable home, this one’s for you. The ground-floor annex is perfect for grandparents, and the children’s playroom and enclosed garden ensure that kids will love it too. With just four bathrooms for a large group, you might find yourself waiting a while in the mornings – and the bathrooms are showing some signs of wear and tear. This is a lived-in – and loved – family home, so it won’t suit everyone’s tastes. The pebble beach of Sandwich Bay is just 0.2 miles away though, and golfers will enjoy being so close to two golf courses.
