Tucked down one of Pollensa’s atmospheric old streets, this villa is a real find – a spot with a private swimming pool right in the centre of town. A two-minute walk sees you at the bars and pavement restaurants of the market square. It’s a medley of old world and modernism inside with a cosy, wood-beamed living room and sleek kitchen. Outside, the summer kitchen is pure rusticana for poolside lunches. Heading up to the rooftop terrace for views of Mallorca’s Tramuntana Mountains is particularly spectacular at sunset as the sky glows purple above the ramshackle roofs.
