On the southern shore of Kefalonia, the poolside terrace of this petit villa looks out over the endless Ionian Sea. It’s a short walk to the cluster of cafes and restaurants in Svoronata, or make the fifteen-minute drive to the bigger town of Argostoli for a bit of nightlife and buzz. Clear glass fencing is all that separates you from the view of the sea, best enjoyed from the cool of the pool or with a cold drink in hand on the patio’s dining table. It’s sparse but stylish inside with an open living area encouraging social gatherings. Marble tiles keep things cool underfoot and both the main and second bedrooms have direct access to the outdoors.
