Do you have a question about this home or the local area?

Drop your bags and make a beeline for this apartment's private balcony, overlooking the coastline of Tel Aviv. Located high above the city in a residential building, you can expect dreamy views from dusk 'till dawn – and, given the central location, expect some noise, too. Inside, the open-plan living space is nice and bright, ideal for professionals, groups of friends or families. You've also got access to a communal swimming pool and gym should you feel the urge to work out or cool off. Best of all, the beach is just a few footsteps from your door, so those looking to bask in the sunshine are perfectly set up here.

About Kerem Hateimanim

Nestled in between the Carmel Market and the beach, you'll find Kerem Hateimanim, a small neighbourhood founded by Yemeni immigrants in the 1930s. It’s come a long way since then, and today it’s been taken over by bohemian Tel-Avivians looking for affordable housing. Even though Kerem Hateimanim is in the process of being gentrified, the neighbourhood hasn’t lost the authentic, village-like feel that’s beloved by many. There are still plenty of the original Yemenite restaurants around, which are worth a visit, even if you don’t end up staying in this part of the city.
