Sitting just 100 metres from Platja de l'Olla on the Costa Blanca, this apartment offers a comfortable coastal break with plenty of sun-soaking opportunities in store. A private lawn with a shaded patio is the highlight of the home itself, with access to the outdoors from the living area and main bedroom. While the decor isn’t the most exciting in our collection, the home nonetheless benefits from a communal pool area – as well as a children’s pool for little ones – and beautifully manicured gardens with sea views. You’ll also find bars and the promenade within 500 metres, Altea within 2 kilometres, not to mention plenty of outdoor activities on hand nearby, including hiking, cycling, kayaking, fishing, diving, snorkelling and waterskiing.
