This pet-friendly villa is situated in the gated community of Las Merinas in Marbella. It offers great views across the Mediterranean Sea and is best suited to a family or group of friends looking for comfort and privacy. It's spread across four levels with no lift access – so may not be suitable for individuals with reduced mobility. Equipped for all seasons, there's air conditioning throughout the home, as well as a wood-burning stove for cooler seasons. The kitchen is modern and spacious – and features a wine cooler – and we love the private terrace in the main bedroom. The gardens surrounding the home include a large heated outdoor swimming pool, BBQ facilities, and plenty of seating for alfresco dining.
