This top-floor walk-up apartment offers beautiful views over Milford Marina, allowing ample boat-watching opportunities from the comfort of the living room with its double-height beamed ceilings. The main bedroom on the mezzanine level is open to the living area, so won’t suit those looking for complete privacy. But with two other bedrooms to choose from, there are flexible sleeping options nonetheless. Outside, you’ll find a plethora of restaurants and shops, while St Thomas' Bay with its scenic beach is easily reachable by car.

Home truths

There are internal stairs leading up to the main bedroom on the mezzanine level. Please note that this bedroom is open to the downstairs living area, so lacks complete privacy.

The building faces the marina. While this means great views, you may hear some noise from passers-by. Light sleepers may wish to pack earplugs.

There's a small vanity desk in the mezzanine-level main bedroom that can be used for remote working. Alternatively, the dining table can double as a laptop-friendly workspace.

You'll find plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance meaning a car isn't strictly necessary. That said, if you're looking to explore further afield, we'd recommend a car to do so.

About Haverfordwest

Dominated by its 12th-century castle and the river that runs through it, Haverfordwest is a convenient base for exploring the whole of Pembrokeshire. The ancient market town throws out a network of roads and winding country lanes like an octopus, tickling its neighbours on every corner of the crinkled coastline. From here, you can be on the big sands of Broad Haven beach in 15 minutes, marvelling at the Cathedral...
