Just three blocks from Washington Square Park, this cosy pad is in an excellent spot to take in the sights and sounds of New York City. Whether you're checking out the produce at Union Square greenmarket (five minutes away), browsing the books in the Strand Bookstore (a seven-minute stroll) or grabbing a bite to eat and drink at one of the many bars and eateries in this neighbourhood, you'll be well-placed here to explore vibrant, buzzy Greenwich Village. The apartment is on a tree-lined street, overlooking beautiful gardens and traditional brownstones. It's a small space, but it's got plenty of character, including a decorative marble fireplace, ornate mirror and cushy furniture ideal for snuggling. On relaxed evenings at home, rustle up a delicious meal in the kitchen using your finds from the market before putting on a movie. We think it's perfectly suited for two people, but at a stretch, two more guests can sleep on the futon in the living room.

About NoHo

The name comes from its position north of Houston Street, but this sliver of Manhattan is just as handy for the two villages (Greenwich and East) on either side. It has a laid-back, bohemian feel with a mix of craft coffee shops, indie boutiques and stacks of distinctive, century-old loft apartments. The food scene is ever-evolving and ever-impressive, while small-scale galleries showcase on-trend art. Andy Warhol called this place home,...
