Nolita is quickly embracing that village vibe, with trendy shops and pedestrian paths popping up everywhere. This family home is a perfect fit in the neighbourhood - it's inviting, airy and bright. With two terraces, prime for watching the passerby below and a versatile layout, families can really spread out across the two floors. Keep in mind, this apartment is home to a cat who will be around during your stay - but we consider this an added bonus to an otherwise lovely duplex.

This home is managed directly by its owner who will be your point of contact before and during your stay. Katalin is originally from Hungary. She and her husband are both professors of philosophy at Rutgers, so conversations in this home are deep. Katalin started hosting back in 1995 when she and her husband took their first sabbatical and their new Nolita home was going to be empty for 3 months. It's only gotten better since then.
