Do you have a question about this home or the local area?
A haven of comforting minimalism, this home may be compact but it has all the comforts you could hope for during a stay in Rome. We loved the exposed brickwork featured here and the original vaulted ceilings that blend classic Roman style with an industrial edge. The contemporary white decor lends a sleek finish to the home, creating a wonderfully calm space to relax after a day of sightseeing. Speaking of exploring, you’re on the edge of the historic centre here, meaning you’re away from the bustling tourist crowds but close enough to easily reach the city’s main sights on foot. In fact, step out of your home and you’ll see the Colosseum in the distance, less than a ten-minute walk away. The Trevi Fountain and Piazza Navona are also walkable in thirty minutes. After a day of sightseeing, come back home for a long soak under the rainfall shower. If you have emails to send out, there’s a desk in the bedroom, but we recommend forgoing business and choosing pleasure instead. Let your host organise an at-home massage for you or a private chef to cook you up an Italian feast. Alternatively, sit back on the sofa, a glass... of wine in hand, before heading out to discover Monti’s trattorias and bars a fifteen-minute walk away. When it’s time to turn in, curl up in your comfortable bed beneath the vaulted ceilings and allow your peaceful setting to drift you into a dreamy night’s sleep.

Host
This home is managed by Carmela
This home is managed directly by a business. A member of their staff will be your point of contact before and during your stay. They say that you should find something you love to do, and get someone to pay you to do it. Carmela used to live abroad, and when she came back she realised that she missed living in an environment where you could meet people from all over the world. In order to scratch that itch, she began to look after flats so that such interactions could become part of her daily life. That was in 2015 and she’s still going strong.
