Featuring original 1900s exposed oak beams and stone footings, this barn conversion embraces its past. You’ll find all three bedrooms on the ground floor so that the entire top level is dedicated to an open-plan living area. Up here, there are four distinct areas – the comfy sitting area with a little library of books, a dedicated workspace for those working remotely, a dining table looking out over the Warwickshire and North Cotswolds countryside, and the full kitchen. French windows lead to a raised sundeck with spectacular views over the owner’s gardens and apple orchard, and there’s a private patio downstairs for barbecues. You’re perfectly situated to explore the Cotswold villages of Moreton-in-Marsh and Stow-on-the-Wold.

Home truths

This home is on a farm, but it is away from the farmhouse and the owners will leave you to your privacy.

The open-plan living area is upstairs, so this place may not be suitable for those with limited mobility.

One of the king-size bedrooms can be arranged as a twin on request.

If you're travelling with little ones, your host can provide a cot and high chair for free. You'll need to request them in advance and provide your own linen for the cot.

In a remote location, having a car is recommended and there is driveway parking for three cars. Plus, there is a secure garage for bikes with pumps and hanging hooks and an EV charger.
