Featuring original 1900s exposed oak beams and stone footings, this barn conversion embraces its past. You’ll find all three bedrooms on the ground floor so that the entire top level is dedicated to an open-plan living area. Up here, there are four distinct areas – the comfy sitting area with a little library of books, a dedicated workspace for those working remotely, a dining table looking out over the Warwickshire and North Cotswolds countryside, and the full kitchen. French windows lead to a raised sundeck with spectacular views over the owner’s gardens and apple orchard, and there’s a private patio downstairs for barbecues. You’re perfectly situated to explore the Cotswold villages of Moreton-in-Marsh and Stow-on-the-Wold.
