In one direction is the buzz of King’s Road (a fifteen-minute walk), but turn a different way and you’ll encounter yachts in the harbour and riverside walks along the Thames. Plus, this close to Chelsea you’ve got plenty of ultra-cool eateries and cocktail bars on your doorstep. In the apartment itself, impressionist artworks stand out against white walls, and large windows welcome in floods of light. There’s a slender balcony overlooking the rooftops with a bistro table for two, should you wish to take your morning coffee outside. At the end of the day, the big, beckoning bed awaits.
