The process couldn't be simpler – just enter your GHA DISCOVERY membership number at the time of booking, and we'll take care of the rest.
What is GHA DISCOVERY?
GHA DISCOVERY is an award-winning loyalty program representing a unique collection of 40 independent hotel brands and serving over 25 million members worldwide. It provides exceptional benefits, including Member Rates and specially curated Experiences. As a member, you can use your D$ at more than 800 GHA DISCOVERY hotels in over 100 countries, enriching your travel experiences.

But just in case you ever want to chat with us about your booking or have any questions, we've included some helpful information below:
Your DISCOVERY Dollars (D$) will be added to your GHA DISCOVERY membership account within 14 days after your Plum Guide stay check-out.
If your booking is cancelled before check-in, you will not receive your DISCOVERY Dollars (D$) reward.
The D$ reward, amounting to 5% of your total net eligible spend (the total amount paid excluding taxes and including cleaning and service fees), is exclusively redeemable at GHA DISCOVERY hotels.
The partnership allows GHA DISCOVERY members to earn eligible nights, spend and brand stay towards tier status progression, with Plum Guide recognised as one distinct brand.
