But, it’s not just about the views – with two comfortable bedrooms boasting en-suites, along with a single housekeeper’s room, there’s plenty of space for a family or group of friends here. Throw in the private balcony, and you’ll feel relaxation washing over you. Keen to stay active? There’s even an on-site gym here, or you can swim in the communal pool – just the spot to beat the Dubai heat.

With a great central location on Mohammed Bin Rashid Boulevard, this elegant one-bedroom apartment is part of a beautifully finished building that offers a range of amenities and facilities, including an on-site gym and a stunning swimming pool. You'll find yourself positioned within the heart of downtown Dubai, within walking distance of famous landmarks such as the opulent Dubai Mall and the impressive Burj Khalifa. 

Having spent the morning catching up on the day's news over a cup of aromatic fresh coffee or Middle-Eastern mint tea on the balcony, the choice is then yours as to whether to make use of those facilities – working up a sweat in the gym or checking out the elaborately-tiled pool – or whether to head out and indulge in some retail therapy. Then of course there are also Dubai's renowned white-sand beaches and boulevards lined with trendy hangouts and luxurious restaurants that would put Gatsby himself to shame. Embrace the luxury living of Dubai and make use of your access to the building’s communal amenities – there’s a sauna, steam room, gym, and outdoor swimming pool. Prefer the beach? The Dubai Mall (worth a visit alone for the 500-foot dancing fountains) and The Dubai Opera are just a nine-minute drive away, and even closer, Mohammed Bin Rashed Boulevard and the thoroughfare of eateries surrounding it.

Guests rave about the knockout city vistas and immaculate interiors of this Downtown Dubai bolthole, and it's easy to see why. In one of the city's more established neighbourhoods and surrounded by mature lofty palms and green spaces, it's a beautiful setting. And there's much to be admired inside too.

A masterstroke in the art of modern living, dual-aspect windows usher in plenty of natural light into the sociable living and dining area. Meanwhile, in the elegant king-sized bedroom, you'll find a private balcony to drink up morning rays and evening sundowns. Perched on the edge of Downtown and Business Bay, you've got the best of the city close by when you're ready to explore. Hit the streets for a jog around lush Southridge Park (just a one-minute stroll away), then hop in the car for an afternoon of splurging followed by dinner down at Dubai Mall (a five-minute drive). And don't forget to call by the dancing fountains of the Burj Khalifa – could there be a more iconic sight in the City of Gold?

Downtown Sundown

Housed in a residential tower, this sleek pad is a great base for small groups with its shared amenities and central address. From here, you're a ten-minute walk from the Burj Khalifa and within easy reach of the Dubai Opera and the Dubai Fountain. Inside, the apartment's biggest draw is the private balcony, where you can escape the Downtown noise. The interiors are a little generic for our liking, although you'll find everything needed for a comfortable stay here – we especially appreciate the en-suite bathrooms. You'll also have access to the building's shared swimming pool and communal gym – ideal for filling the gap in between sightseeing ventures. 

Khalifa Dreams

Stepping out onto the private balcony, you can immediately see how central this apartment is. Tables and chairs out here look towards the Burj Khalifa and Dubai Fountain. Endless shopping opportunities are available at the Dubai Mall, a short walk away. Within the building, a shared swimming pool and gym offer a chance to keep on top of your fitness schedule. True to the city’s glitzy reputation, the big, open living room shows off the city skyline from floor-to-ceiling windows and there’s more than enough room to entertain at the dining table. 

A City of Champions

For those visiting on business, base yourself at this sleek apartment in the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC). And if your trip is centred around pleasure, you’re perfectly placed to make the most of this location’s global restaurants, the famous The Arts Club of Dubai, and the iconic Burj Khalifa.

After a day shopping the boutiques at The Dubai Mall in between meetings, stop in at the convenient grocery store in your lobby – that way, when you get in, you can whip up a light meal in your compact kitchen. You'll be spoiled for choice when it comes to nearby restaurants, though we recommend getting a taste of the local cuisine.

Perched high above the Dubai Fountains, you can watch the dancing waters and light show from the comfort of this home. Can you imagine sharing a romantic moment on one of two balconies at sunset? Indoors, you'll be treated to a laidback living space, perfect for passing Middle Eastern snacks through the serving hatch. Perhaps you'll discuss your daily itinerary while sipping the complimentary coffee. On-site, come and take a dip in the communal pool and work up an appetite in the gym whenever you fancy.
