We were so excited when we saw this home which sits adjacent to one of Dubai's most iconic attractions, the palm-tree-sculpted archipelago of the Dubai Palm. But what we really love is the pure luxury of access to a private beach on the Emaar Beachfront. You can also head to the Ibn Battuta Mall or The Palm Jumeirah by taxi in under fifteen minutes.

Back at this stylish home, another highlight is the stunning Dubai Marina and skyline vistas – they really took our breath away. Relax on your private balcony with a coffee or enjoy the views from the floor-to-ceiling windows in the living space. There’s a communal outdoor swimming pool and a shared gym if you’re feeling energetic as well. This place is a real gem – it’s absolutely perfect for entertaining your family or friends.




Sunrise Tells the Story

Check out those views. Located close to the beach while still within touching distance of the city, this Dubai department is a sun-soaked base with sea and city views seen through its large windows. The balcony is a nice touch that lets you step out into the heat, and we were especially fond of the sleek main bedroom – although the view was slightly obscured in this room, you can still overlook the harbour here. Nearby you've got the usual plethora of shopping destinations and eateries, and the building itself has distractions in the form of a gym, pool, and kid's play area.

The Gulf River

Located on the unmistakable Palm Jumeirah, this apartment welcomes families or groups of friends and provides glimpses of the Arabian Gulf. The balcony is complete with a dining table for enjoying home-cooked Emirati cuisine, and the living space has enough room for a group of six to socialise. The best bit? Guests staying here have access to a communal gym, swimming pool and complimentary access to beach clubs. If you’re staying with little ones, the Aquaventure Waterpark is a short drive away.

Look at the spectacular sea and Dubai skyline vistas from this Palm Jumeirah home's private balcony. You can enjoy more views from the inside, too – we particularly love the outlook from the bedrooms. There are some excellent shared facilities here – check out the pool and the beach cabanas. You can also dine at the beachfront restaurant, entertain the kids in the play area and keep fit in the communal gym. Out and about, there are plenty of eateries and boutiques, but if you want to explore many of the city's attractions, you'll need to hop in a cab, hire a car or use public transport. Alternatively, you can let your host organise a private chauffeur or city tour for you.

You'll also find a communal swimming pool to enjoy on hot afternoons as well as an on-site gym. The surrounding area is ideal for families, with parks, playgrounds, shopping centres and entertainment venues nearby. But if you'd prefer to take it easy, Jumeirah Beach is reached by car in less than ten minutes. 

The Painted Desert

Occupying a privileged spot overlooking the sea, this apartment provides a relaxing retreat for groups on Dubai's famous Palm Jumeirah. You'll have direct access to the building's private beach, shared outdoor swimming pools, on-site gym and communal gardens. Those travelling with children will also find play areas and a park. Inside, the space is stylish and practical, equipped with three on-site bathrooms, a working desk area, a single sofa bed, and a private balcony with picturesque views over the complex. There's plenty of room for your group to spread out and unwind inside, too, plus a sofa bed for a fifth guest. You'll also find a dedicated workspace if you need to attend to business.

Housed in a residential building overlooking JBR Beach and Ain Dubai, this apartment ensures a relaxing coastal stay. With plenty of communal facilities and direct beach access, there's really no need to venture too far from the complex. Think outdoor swimming pool, gym, health club, beauty salon, meeting rooms, and retail outlets for picking up essentials. The home itself features a stylish dining area and a balcony leading off the living space and main bedroom. Each bedroom also offers an en-suite bathroom and a dedicated workspace for those on group business trips, seeking added privacy.

Perched on Palm Jumeirah, this apartment promises private beach access and waterfront views. It's housed in a residential building, so you'll also have use of the 5-star shared facilities here, including an outdoor pool and a fully-equipped gym – ideal for longer stays. The interiors are kept fairly simple, but the private balcony is a real highlight, and the en-suite bathrooms will help to speed mornings along. Just keep in mind that one person will be sleeping on a sofa bed at full occupancy. Outside, it's a short stroll from the Dubai Marina's restaurants and shopping mall, while JBR Beach is easily reachable for a change of scenery.

We love how this fifteenth-floor apartment frames sweeping views of the Persian Gulf and the action-packed Dubai Marina. Ideal for families and friends looking to put tourist hotspots on their doorstep, the Jumeirah Beach Residence is also nearby. Plus, tram and metro links open you up to the city. Planning a lazy day on-site? There are hotel-style amenities for everyone to enjoy, including a communal gym and outdoor pools. Back home, the private balcony and bathtubs offer relaxation for your downtime.

In the heart of Palm Jumeirah, just steps from the sea, is this sleek apartment. It’s based in an exclusive residence, with shared amenities including several swimming pools and a well-equipped gym. Inside, the space is typical of a boutique hotel so you won’t find homely amenities here, although it's bright and stylish. Best of all? You'll have access to the residence's private beach, just a short stroll away.

At home, we love how the open-plan living space opens onto a sea-facing balcony, and the roomy bedrooms are perfect for small groups. A short stroll from here, you'll find international eateries and a diving centre awaiting. If you're not travelling with kids, there's also a thumping party scene to be found in this diverse offshoot of the city.

Your host is on hand to help organise a range of extra services – including private chefs and guided tours. Plus, you’ll be within easy reach of the Atlantis Hotel and the nearest mall.

Just minutes away from Dubai Mall, Dubai Fountain, and the Dubai Opera, this high-rise home places you in a prime position for exploring the city. Ideally suited to a couple or solo traveller, this fuss-free apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The highlight for us? It has to be the private balcony, affording sweeping city views, day and night. Add in communal amenities including a swimming pool and fitness centre, and you can’t go wrong with a stay here. 

Shimmering Skies

Situated on Bluewaters Island, this apartment places you in a prime spot,  just a short stroll from JBR Beach. From here, you'll also find The Walk, Ain Dubai, and The Palm Jumeirah within easy reach. Housed in a residential building, there's a communal swimming pool and an on-site gym for you to enjoy too, when you're not out exploring. While this might not be the most characterful place, the apartment is bright and modern, with a sofa bed in the living area for a third guest. The terrace is our favourite spot, with comfy outdoor furniture and sea views – it's the perfect place to relax after busy days in Dubai.  

Beach Dawn

Housed in a residential tower, this sleek pad is a great base for small groups with its shared amenities and central address. From here, you're a ten-minute walk from the Burj Khalifa and within easy reach of the Dubai Opera and the Dubai Fountain. Inside, the apartment's biggest draw is the private balcony, where you can escape the Downtown noise. The interiors are a little generic for our liking, although you'll find everything needed for a comfortable stay here – we especially appreciate the en-suite bathrooms. You'll also have access to the building's shared swimming pool and communal gym – ideal for filling the gap in between sightseeing ventures. 

Khalifa Dreams

Situated on Palm Jumeirah, this apartment is a great choice for solo travellers or couples in search of an easygoing stay. The apartment building lies directly across from Nakheel Mall, providing an array of dining options and shops. Of course, you'll be within easy reach of the beach here too. When you're not out and about, make the most of the shared on-site facilities, including an infinity pool and a gym. While the interiors are a little plain for our liking, the pad is set up nicely for long stays, with a fully equipped kitchen and laptop-friendly workspaces. There is also space for a third guest on the sofa bed in the living area. 

Sunset Simplicity

With unfettered views of the marina and the Dubai Eye from its private balcony, this sky-high apartment is the ideal base to return to after a busy day spent working or sightseeing. From a fully equipped kitchen to storage space in the bedrooms, a seamless stay is guaranteed here. Better still, you have access to a communal swimming pool and gym. We recommend hiring a car for getting around, and on-site parking makes exploring easy. You'll be pleased to know JBR Beach is less than a fifteen-minute drive away.

Marina Dream

Made for soaking up the Dubai sunshine, this home boasts a private balcony with far-reaching city views along with access to the resort’s communal swimming pool and beach. When you’re not cooling off in the sea or the pool, there’s an on-site gym here, too, to stay on top of your fitness. Back home, you’ll find a comfortable space for a couple. Sure, the kitchen is pretty compact, but with The Walk at JBR on your doorstep, dining out is always on the menu.
