There are over nine acres of private grounds to explore, including a scented pine forest that houses a small church built in the 1920s. Gouvia, a former fishing village with a bustling marina, is nearby – you're only a three-minute drive from its beach. Corfu Town is also ten minutes away by car.

As for location, it's a fifteen-minute drive from Corfu Town, and you'll find Kontokali's restaurants, shops, and sandy beach nearby, too.

Situated overlooking Corfu's east coast from an exclusive private estate and boasting 180-degree sea views and all those nice-to-have amenities, this island haven ticks all the boxes.

It's been designed to show off a straightforward architectural approach, with exposed brickwork characterising most of the interior and exterior spaces, creating a warm and welcome ambience.

This address close to the east coast of Corfu is all about pairs. For instance, there's not just one villa on this four-acre estate full of Mediterranean trees and flowers, but two neighbouring homes.
