A new, high-spec apartment in one of Athens's cosmopolitan seaside suburbs, this home is as stylish as it is comfortable. Everything from the cabinetry to the lighting is chic and modern, with a sociable flow to the layout and great natural light. Set in a peaceful, residential spot, just a five-minute walk from the cafes and grocery stores and less than thirty minutes from Voula Beach on foot, it's a great choice if you're looking to stay on the outskirts of Athens (the city is around a forty-five-minute drive).

We love the interiors here, with muted, neutral colours, concrete floors and lots of built-in storage. But by far its biggest selling point, for us, is its spacious balcony, overlooking the tree-lined street and complete with an awning for shade.

Impeccable 

Surrounded by the majesty of mountain and ocean views, this villa truly is a dream come true. This astounding Grecian location offers every luxury and comfort, and gives you the keys to a genuinely unforgettable visit.

Wake up early to catch a sublimely magical sunrise emerge over the shimmering horizon, before whiling the day away basking on the sun-baked lawn on plush sun loungers. In the evening, sizzle up a storm at the villa's private barbecue, before stepping out of the front gate and taking a leisurely, meandering stroll along the neighbouring beach.

On days when adventure is all you can think about, venture out to the Capital City of Athens, where you can enjoy endless shopping, dining and tourist opportunities.

Sea Salt Cove

If you were looking for perfect locations in which to build a home, this spot on the southeastern Peneloponese coastline would be a strong contender. Surrounded by lush vegetation — including trees growing olives, almonds, pears and lemons — it also has the added perk of having direct access to a secluded beach.

Part of a collection of five villas, this home makes the most of its beautiful position with a long terrace area containing an alfresco dining table, a couple of loungers and even a giant chess set. The interior has plenty of glass doors and large windows so you can still marvel at the scenery from inside, too. We're big fans of the decor, which is contemporary in style but subtle and unshowy about it.

As well as Kissakas beach almost quite literally on your doorstep, there are further seaside options a short drive away — like Tserfos just over a quarter of an hour's drive — as well as plenty of hiking routes and the town of Leonidio about fifteen minutes away in the car.



Play the Greek Defence

This apartment on the Athenian Riviera is a real treat. Whether you want to visit solo, with a loved-one, or as a family, it's a great place to kick back, relax, and soak up the Greek sunshine. 

Step inside, and you'll find a truly tranquil space, combining natural textures with a neutral colour palette. The open-plan living space is great for socialising with your guests – open a bottle of wine and chat while you prepare dinner together. If you need to catch up on your emails, then there's a desk space where you can work on your laptop. And, the private balcony is perfect at all times of day – sip your morning coffee in the fresh air, and enjoy a nightcap under the stars. 

Beach days are easy from here, with the sandy shoreline of Αkti Vouliagmenis just a five-minute drive away. If you're feeling energetic, you can explore the hiking area Óros Xiróchavos, just a twenty-minute walk away from your front door. And, when you need to refuel, head to one of the local tavernas to feast on hearty moussaka and fresh salad. 

Perfect Serenity

Perched on a rugged cliffside above a beach, this stone house on the island of Serifos feels like a true retreat. Inside, the space is bright and breezy, with bedrooms split between the main house and a guest cottage – perfect for families or groups of friends. The real showstopper is the terrace, with shaded spots for dining, dozing, or stretching out in the sun, all set against uninterrupted views of the Aegean Sea. When you’re ready to explore, the village and port of Livadi are just five minutes away, with restaurants, bars, and shops – or you can seek out the island’s hidden coves for a little more seclusion.

Serifos Breeze

This beautiful villa is a serene retreat in the hills of Attica, just outside of Athens. Staying here grants you a real escape – you’ll be surrounded by vineyards, olive groves, and an organic farm, with patios looking out over sweeping landscapes. Dive into the private pool and feel your stresses melt away, then take your relaxation further with a cocktail in the pergola-shaded sitting area. If you can drag yourself away, you’ll be just an hour from central Athens and within easy reach of the Athenian Riviera. 

Athena's Rest

Discover why Glyfada’s nickname is the Hellenic Hamptons from this contemporary apartment. This beachy suburb on the Athenian Riviera boasts palm-tree-fringed roads, sparkling coves and bays, and upscale boutiques.

Stepping inside, you’re met with a beautiful airy space, brightened by floor-to-ceiling windows. The sunlight reflects off the pearly white surfaces – it’s particularly special in the morning. The light naturally guides you out to the sunny balcony for your coffee, overlooking the twinkling sea, preparing you for the day ahead.

Explore the stylish thoroughfare of Kyprou, bursting with glamorous stores, buzzy bars, delis, and small galleries. On the other hand, you can find a culture that’s intrinsically Greek – playing backgammon in waterfront cafes, dining in unpretentious souvlaki joints, and exploring farmers' markets. From your conveniently located apartment, you can experience it all with ease.

Perhaps best of all is the beautiful sandy beach, just a five-minute walk from the apartment. Take the coastal walk along the stretch of shimmering sea before finding the perfect spot to fan out your beach towel. When you return home sandy and salty, you’ll love washing it all off in the refreshing, luxurious rain shower before watching the sunset from the balcony, sipping a nice cold bottle of Mythos. 

Riviera Bliss

Listen to the sweet soundscape of the waves gently lapping at the shore while the birds call out across the sky, as from this serene location, you'll be just a two-minute wander from Kavouri sandy Beach. Start your days with relaxing mornings amid the fresh sea air on the balcony over a cup of coffee. This is the perfect location to unwind, refresh and reset away from your daily grind. 

Inside, sleek, modern designs incorporate natural materials that mimic the surrounding environment. With comfortable seating and luxury furnishings across the space, switching off and chilling out is made all the easier when staying here. Rustle up your own tasty treats in the kitchen and pamper yourself in the spa-like bathroom – wherever you are in this home, you can expect to feel as though you're staying in a five-star hotel. 

Beyond the apartment, discover the blissful calm of staying on the Athenian Riviera. The town of Vouliagmeni boasts a variety of up-market dining options, luxury boutiques and a charming harbour – perfect for coastal strolls. 



Sweet Soundscape 

If you’re on the lookout for a super-house for multiple families, in a spectacular island setting, this is it. Standing high on a hill on stunning Aegina Island, the home is perfectly placed. The 180-degree ocean views are epic from here. But the buzzy city centre is pleasingly close enough just 4km away. 

The villa is set over four levels, with plenty of space for a gang of eighteen. The vibe is relaxed, with lots of colour and homely touches. Families will especially love it here. Table tennis, giant chess, a playground and basketball facilities mean the kids are well catered for. Meanwhile, the grown-ups can recline with a book by the oh-so-chic infinity pool. Heaven. 

If you can drag yourself away, it’s worth exploring this beautiful island. Your nearest beach is Marathonas – its shallow water makes it a great spot for little ones to swim. Or don your best hiking shoes and explore the nature-rich mountains where there are ancient chapels to discover. 

Then head home, fire up the built-in barbecue and feast with your loved ones as the sun sets over the ocean. 

Far And Wide

With stunning views over the Athenian Riviera, you’re in a prime spot for watching the colourful sunsets here. Spend warm, sunny days splashing around in the gorgeous freshwater infinity pool, wandering around the garden with its century-old olive trees or grilling some souvlaki on the barbecue for lunch.

If you tire of being outside (unlikely we know), there are more entertainment options inside. This luxurious villa has a fabulous home cinema, so you can watch your favourite films. We love the master bedroom with its jacuzzi and walk-in wardrobe – who wouldn’t. This place even has its own private elevator.

If you fancy a day at the beach, there are several lovely ones nearby, including Pouda Beach, a four-minute drive or a fifteen-minute stroll.



Love Like A Sunset

This stunning villa in the village of Saronida can accommodate up to 14 guests across three floors. We love the unique decor of this home, as well as the incredible unobstructed views you'll get across the Greek countryside. Those lucky enough to snap up the main bedroom will get fantastic sea views from their own private balcony too. The large veranda is a wonderful space for alfresco dining and if you stay here in the cooler months, there are a couple of fireplaces to keep you warm. Guests will have full access to the lush and well-tended gardens, as well as a private swimming pool. We suggest a car for ease – the nearest beach is 2.3 km away.

Water & Sky

It's fair to say that each of the Greek islands has a distinct identity and Spetses appeals to those fond of the finer things in life, with plenty of high-end restaurants and boutiques dotted across the map. You'll also find some rather impressive villas, such as this majestic home.

Spread across three floors, the star of the show has to be the swimming pool surrounded by a terrace with loungers on which to dry off after a dip. Up on the top floor, you'll find another terrace with pleasingly green views, but if you need a break from the sun, there's a verandah with a dining table and a hammock practically begging for a post-lunch snooze.

The interior feels typically Greek with whitewashed walls, shuttered windows and a few boho touches in the furnishings and decorations. The glass doors on the ground floor bring in plenty of natural light, as well as a burst of fresh air when swung open. We've also got kind words for the contemporarily styled kitchen in a dashing shade of grey, too.

When it comes to seeing a little more is the island, there are small beaches within three hundred metres of the home, while the larger Kaiki beach takes about ten minutes to reach on foot. The port town of Spetses is a similar amount of time in the opposite direction and offers a great choice of restaurants and a pair of museums to explore.
