If you can drag yourself away, you’ll be just an hour from central Athens and within easy reach of the Athenian Riviera. 

Athena's Rest

Perched on a hilltop skirting the fishing village of Kilada, this villa is a bright and contemporary way to explore the historic Peloponnese. Visit the ancient Greek city of Mycenae or watch a theatrical performance in the Epidavros. Closer to home, you'll spot fish taverns and cafes, but with Doroufi and Vrochitsa both only 400m away, the beach might be your first stop. When you're home, there's a tennis court, games room, private pool, and barbecue to keep the whole family occupied. Throw in daily housekeeping and hand some of the itinerary planning over to your host, and you only have to worry about having too much fun.

The Oracle's Studio

Surrounded by the majesty of mountain and ocean views, this villa truly is a dream come true. This astounding Grecian location offers every luxury and comfort, and gives you the keys to a genuinely unforgettable visit.

Wake up early to catch a sublimely magical sunrise emerge over the shimmering horizon, before whiling the day away basking on the sun-baked lawn on plush sun loungers. In the evening, sizzle up a storm at the villa's private barbecue, before stepping out of the front gate and taking a leisurely, meandering stroll along the neighbouring beach.

On days when adventure is all you can think about, venture out to the Capital City of Athens, where you can enjoy endless shopping, dining and tourist opportunities.

Sea Salt Cove

Stay in a mini holiday resort, all to yourself, at this lavish home on the Athenian Riviera. Three separate villas make up the accommodation, all sharing plush outdoor space for the group to socialise in style. Pad barefoot around the manicured Mediterranean gardens, blooming with flowers, olive trees and fragrant shrubs. Lavender surrounds the pristine swimming pool and, from here, you can catch a glimpse of the Evian Gulf, flanked by mountains through the ancient trees. Dining is a delight beneath the terracotta-roofed gazebo and a fully-stocked bar can provide the sundowners. True to any luxurious resort, there are staff on-hand to arrange your every whim – a boat trip around the Riviera, at-home massages or perhaps a private chef.

Each of the three villas is a modern haven inside, with plush sofas adorning each living room and glass doors letting the sunlight stream in. The palette is a neutral mix of stone, wood and sea-blue with seashell curtains, maritime paintings and beachy ceramics a nod to your waterside location.

You’ve got direct access to the sea from the villa, so there’s no need to put your shoes on to reach the crystal shallows on the shore. And if you fancy a day trip to Athens, it’s less than an hour by car. 

Seaside Triptych

A new, high-spec apartment in one of Athens's cosmopolitan seaside suburbs, this home is as stylish as it is comfortable. Everything from the cabinetry to the lighting is chic and modern, with a sociable flow to the layout and great natural light. Set in a peaceful, residential spot, just a five-minute walk from the cafes and grocery stores and less than thirty minutes from Voula Beach on foot, it's a great choice if you're looking to stay on the outskirts of Athens (the city is around a forty-five-minute drive).

We love the interiors here, with muted, neutral colours, concrete floors and lots of built-in storage. But by far its biggest selling point, for us, is its spacious balcony, overlooking the tree-lined street and complete with an awning for shade.

Impeccable 

Located a few metres from the sea, this villa is like something from a dream. If you are lucky enough to arrive in the evening, you will be met with glowing amber lights, beautifully illuminating the warm stone walls. Modern yet homely, this house oozes class and warmth from every nook. After a restful night's sleep, indulge in sunrise, as you sip a hot beverage on your undercover outdoor rattan sofa. Watching the water glistening in the distance is quite the treat. Spend your days swimming in the private pool or sinking your toes into the warm sand at the beach accessible from your back garden. Luxury and convenience are available in equal measure in this beautiful home. 

If you fancy sampling the local cuisine, take an evening stroll to dinner. For something a little more relaxed, fire up the barbecue and dine alfresco in your pretty outdoor garden, surrounded by loved ones. When you are ready for a little ‘me’ time, enjoy sundowners on the private balcony for a really memorable treat. If you do like to be beside the ‘Greek’ seaside, this home is a wonderful hub. Beauty, character and class make this a home-away-from-home and ensures that whether you stay close to home, or take a trip to Athens, you will have memories to cherish. 

Pretty as a Peacock

With panoramic views over the saltwater Lake Vouliagmeni, Mount Hymettus and the Gulf of Corinth – this home is inspiring. It’s easy to escape the everyday stresses of life here. Enjoy the welcome basket of breakfast goodies provided by your lovely hosts, lounge by your private pool, relax in the jacuzzi or our favourite – watch the most glorious of sunsets from the balcony. 

If you’ve got the energy to burn, head to the basketball court for a friendly game. Inside, this modern luxurious villa, earthy tones create a warm and comforting environment. There are plenty of toys and games for the little ones too – this place is perfect for a family.

When you fancy exploring, take a ten-minute stroll to Lake Vouliagmeni with its charming tavernas and picturesque bars. Other attractions in the area include Loutraki Thermal Spa, five miles away, while the Archaeological Museum of Ancient Corinth and Penteskoufi Castle are both around eight miles from this gorgeous home.


Mount Hymettus Reflections

Located in the picturesque Peloponnesian region of Greece, this villa boasts a unique blend of contemporary design and classic comfort. Designed with outdoor living in mind, you’ll have a private infinity pool, alfresco dining terrace, vegetable garden and tennis courts to make use of. The kids are bound to appreciate the ping pong table, but if they tire of that they can always head down to the basement for a few games of pool or a movie night. Two beautiful beaches are just 400 metres away, and the local area is home to traditional Greek fish taverns and cafes which make for an authentic experience.

The Ethereal

On the island of Serifos, this idyllic villa is just a twenty-minute stroll away from Livadi village, harbour and an abundance of bars, restaurants and shops. With so many beaches within easy reach too, you'll never be far away from the island's sparkling turquoise waters from here. 

From the villa's terrace, watch the yachts pass by as you soak up undisturbed views of the Aegean Sea in complete and utter privacy. Whether you're lounging by the pool, gathered around the alfresco dining area or stationed under the shaded pergola lounge area, enjoy the breathtaking vistas that stand before you from morning through to night. 

You can even make the most of the views from the stunning interior of the home too. Dressed in simple elegance, the pistachio green colour scheme offers an equally soothing atmosphere as the terrace. We love the beachy designs and laid-back vibe found inside this light and airy space – as relaxing in this setting couldn't be easier. 




Pistachio Parfait

From its carefully curated interiors to its terrace geared up for yoga sessions at sunrise and cocktails at twilight, this stylish villa ticks all of our boxes for an unforgettable stay on the island of Kea. We loved the white and welcoming living space filled with retro-inspired furnishings and picture-perfect views of Vourkari Bay. Step outside for a spot of breakfast before jumping into your private pool or stealing a quiet moment for yourself in the charming chapel. When lunchtime rolls around, chop and grill and season and sip with your loved ones in the summer kitchen. 

If you’re itching to explore, the nearest beach is only a fifteen-minute walk away. Or, after an exciting diving lesson at the Suba Diving Club (just a five-minute walk from your doorstep) amble through Vourkari village, home to indie boutiques and a gallery filled with local art.

Slowly Does It

This charming home offers the best of both worlds, as it’s perfectly positioned between Athens and the beaches of mainland Greece. It’s in a quiet suburb close to the golden sands of the Attica coastline, so you can spend your days paddling in the sea or lounging beside the private pool, if you don’t fancy a day-trip to the Acropolis. The villa is spread over four floors, with a top-floor terrace that boasts sea views. The architect-designed home is sleek and stylish, with floor-to-ceiling windows that bring the outside in. You'll have everything you need for a relaxing break here, though one guest will sleep on a sofa bed. 

The Eyes of Artemis

Located in the Athenian Riviera, this apartment – decorated in custom-made artwork from local artists – is a short walk from the sea, making it the perfect destination for your next beach holiday. Start your mornings here with a bowl of Greek yoghurt topped with honey at the breakfast nook, or even take it outside onto the balcony with direct access to the sunlit patio via the living room and bedroom. Sip a refreshing iced Greek frappe as you enjoy views of the palm tree-lined boulevard. Then, why not enjoy some reading time in the wicker egg chair, as you leaf through a book of Greek myths?

We would love to spend almost every day here on the Blue Flag awarded beaches which can be reached in as little as three minutes on foot. Plus, you can also explore some of Athen’s history and culture by visiting some of the attractions such as the Acropolis – a half-an-hour drive away. 

After a day of enjoying the sights or simply watching the cool waves lap upon the sandy shore, head back to the apartment and relax in the air-conditioned living room. As the sun sets, head out onto the balcony with a glass of wine to admire the colours of the sky changing, and the palm trees silhouetted against their backdrop.
