The perfect home for relaxing and recovering, why not take so time to lounge in the Greek sunshine and enjoy the warmth of its rays on your skin. Then, slip into the cooling waters of the freshwater swimming pool, and enjoy the stunning views while you float leisurely in the pool. 

Just a six-minute drive to Otzias, you can enjoy the sandy beaches and soothing sound of waves lapping at the shore, or dine in one of the local Tavernas. The village of Vourkari – just an eight-minute drive away – provides an opportunity for not only beach days but also scuba diving experiences. 

Coressia, the island’s port, is just a twelve-minute drive away, while the capital Ioulis is a twenty-five-minute drive away. In Ioulis you will be able to visit the archaeological museum and even see the Lion of Kea – an impressive early Greek stone monument that dates back to the Archaic period. 

What’s more, there is a regular ferry connection between Athens and Kea which takes about an hour, taking you to the Lavrion port. From here, you can drive about fifty-six minutes to Greece’s capital and explore everything Athens has to offer. 

After all your exploring, return home to the villa in the evening and cook some delicious souvlaki on the barbecue before dining alfresco as you enjoy the sun setting over the vista.

Nestled just outside the small town of Otzias, there’s not a lot going on in this quiet corner of Greece, but you’ll have a variety of amenities at your fingertips that will make it difficult to leave this inviting home. Glyfadi beach is a mere 900-metre stroll from your home-away-from-home and well worth a visit, particularly for a spot of snorkelling.

While all three bedrooms offer sea and sunset views, we recommend heading out onto the terrace before nightfall. Fire up the barbecue and grill up a delicious dinner, uncork a bottle of wine and settle down on the sun loungers – the best is yet to come. As the sky dances through an array of colours and the sun slowly drops into the ocean, with the quiet rolling of the waves carrying on the breeze, you’ll soon realise that you’re making memories that you’ll cherish forever.

But though the sandy shores a ten-minute walk away is a major draw, there's plenty else to experience around here. The Vouliagmeni Lake, with its thermal springs, can be found in minutes, and you can walk to the restaurant-line square of Vouliagmeni in under ten. The home is spacious, bright and well-kept, with a little balcony for alfresco meals and peaceful reading.

If you’re on the lookout for a super-house for multiple families, in a spectacular island setting, this is it. Standing high on a hill on stunning Aegina Island, the home is perfectly placed. The 180-degree ocean views are epic from here. But the buzzy city centre is pleasingly close enough just 4km away. 

The villa is set over four levels, with plenty of space for a gang of eighteen. The vibe is relaxed, with lots of colour and homely touches. Families will especially love it here. Landscaped gardens and beautiful terraces and walkways surround the villas, and the sea views are incredible. The property is beautifully designed and offers eight outstanding bedroom suites, an exceptional infinity swimming pool, a relaxation or children's pool, a playroom, fabulous artworks, top-notch, elegant furnishings and idyllic relaxation and entertainment spaces inside and out. Kyros Estate offers its own private, secluded bay with the possibility to anchor.

The property is totally enchanting. With a magical blend of gorgeous, contemporary furnishings and decor together with charming Mykonian style elements, it is extremely comfortable, serene and peaceful.
