Designed to take full advantage of the Mediterranean climate, it features a spacious outdoor entertainment area that wraps around the home. The communal spaces, like the infinity pool, barbecue and cosy seating zones, make it an ideal choice for a large family or group of friends. The Aegean Sea is steps away, but the shoreline is rocky, so you’ll need to drive to a local beach if you want to comfortably swim in the sea.

The perfect home for relaxing and recovering, why not take so time to lounge in the Greek sunshine and enjoy the warmth of its rays on your skin. Then, slip into the cooling waters of the freshwater swimming pool, and enjoy the stunning views while you float leisurely in the pool. 

Just a six-minute drive to Otzias, you can enjoy the sandy beaches and soothing sound of waves lapping at the shore, or dine in one of the local Tavernas. The village of Vourkari – just an eight-minute drive away – provides an opportunity for not only beach days but also scuba diving experiences. 

Coressia, the island’s port, is just a twelve-minute drive away, while the capital Ioulis is a twenty-five-minute drive away. In Ioulis you will be able to visit the archaeological museum and even see the Lion of Kea – an impressive early Greek stone monument that dates back to the Archaic period. 

What’s more, there is a regular ferry connection between Athens and Kea which takes about an hour, taking you to the Lavrion port. From here, you can drive about fifty-six minutes to Greece’s capital and explore everything Athens has to offer. 

After all your exploring, return home to the villa in the evening and cook some delicious souvlaki on the barbecue before dining alfresco as you enjoy the sun setting over the vista.

In the afternoons, sip wine in the sunshine and cool off with a dip in the pool. When you're feeling peckish, rustle up something delicious in the high-spec kitchen and dig in on the grassy courtyard, then make your way out to the many balconies and watch as the sun dips below the horizon.

When you fancy venturing out, it's just a five-minute drive to Althea Beach and thirty minutes to Athens, so you'll have a choice between sand and surf or city sightseeing – we think that's the best of both worlds.

It's fair to say that each of the Greek islands has a distinct identity and Spetses appeals to those fond of the finer things in life, with plenty of high-end restaurants and boutiques dotted across the map. You'll also find some rather impressive villas, such as this majestic home.

Spread across three floors, the star of the show has to be the swimming pool surrounded by a terrace with loungers on which to dry off after a dip. Up on the top floor, you'll find another terrace with pleasingly green views, but if you need a break from the sun, there's a verandah with a dining table and a hammock practically begging for a post-lunch snooze.

The interior feels typically Greek with whitewashed walls, shuttered windows and a few boho touches in the furnishings and decorations. The glass doors on the ground floor bring in plenty of natural light, as well as a burst of fresh air when swung open. When it comes to seeing a little more is the island, there are small beaches within three hundred metres of the home, while the larger Kaiki beach takes about ten minutes to reach on foot. The port town of Spetses is a similar amount of time in the opposite direction and offers a great choice of restaurants and a pair of museums to explore.

Things might be a bit of a squeeze at full capacity, so you'll want to pack light. A ten-minute walk will bring you to the nearest sandy beaches of Koundouros, and you'll find beach bars, tavernas and water sports.

It is situated on a large and spacious estate across the port from the village of Livadi, with stunning views of the Aegean Sea. Both the villa and the guest house are open and airy with lots of windows allowing plenty of natural light and providing wonderful views from every room. The main house has 2 bedrooms. The 3rd bedroom is located next to the main house but has an independent entrance, and the 4th bedroom is located in the guest house, which is located below the main villa. The decoration follows the minimal and elegant style of the Cyclades islands. The living room, dining area and kitchen are open space with windows all around. From the terrace one can watch the yachts and ferries entering and clearing the port. The villas enjoy amazing undisturbed views and complete privacy with their own private open-air spaces. They are cozy and well-equipped.

Our beautiful stonehouse is situated a mere 50m away from a serene and relatively secluded beach. It's also an easy 5-15 minutes drive to many beautiful beaches, including Agios Sostis, Lia and Psili Ammos. The port and village of Livadi are just 5 minutes away, where someone can find many restaurants, bars and shops. You can access the house via an asphalt road.

Two families travelling together or a big group of friends can make the most of this home comprising two separate villas. It’s up in the hills, just outside of Kea’s capital town Ioulis so you can reach the supermarket and charming restaurants in less than ten minutes on foot. Up here, you’ve got a great view, taking in the rolling hills of Kea, topped with ancient white chapels, all the way to the sea. The group can spread out across two villas, each with its own kitchen, breezy living room and dining areas and come together in the outside space.

A rectangle of turquoise swimming pool provides an inviting spot to cool off in the heat of the day. Alfresco dining comes courtesy of deck-chair style seating around a wooden table, shaded by a pergola. Loungers on the beautiful stone patio look out over hilltops to the sparkling sea, and views don’t get much better than from the covered rooftop terrace. Days can be spent playing boules in the sunshine or perhaps a friendly game of basketball on the court. Then there are the sunsets, simply stunning from the cool waters of the infinity-edge pool.
